 Shaneka N. Hogg is the Founder, President, and Director of OLALC. Mrs. Hogg named Olive’s Lil’ Angels LC after her mother Olive Logan. “Olive” is such a beautiful name and unique piece of fruit. Mrs. Hogg holds a BA in Telecommunications, a Texas Educator Certificate (ESL PK-12), and a Child Development Associate (CDA) for Infant and Toddler Care. Additionally, she has taken numerous courses and trainings in Early Childhood Development and Education. Before opening OLALC in 2007, Mrs. Hogg was a DISD elementary teacher for 3 years and she owned/operated a licensed child care home for 3 years. "I have a heartfelt passion and love for children. My goal is to ensure all children that come to OLALC will be nurtured, prepared, excited and ready for their next chapter in life! Mrs. Hogg is the proud wife and mother of 3 children! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading. |
 Debra Askew is our Pre-K3 year old teacher. She has worked at OLALC since opening in August 2007. Mrs. Askew is a proud wife and mother of 5 children. She has worked in childcare since 1976 as a caregiver, teacher, and director. Mrs. Askew has numerous hours of child care training and has her Child Development Associate Credential. She enjoys reading. |

 Shameka Logan is the Director’s Assistant. Ms. Logan has been with OLALC since September 2007. She has a BA in Telecommunications, a Child Development Associate (CDA), and numerous hours and trainings in early child care development and education. Ms. Logan is a proud mother of 1 child. Shameka loves helping to prepare our children for a successful future. She loves working with children and has a true passion for it. |
 Sheila Minor works as our Toddler 1 Teacher. She has worked in child care for many years. Ms. Sheila has substituted all age groups. She works full time in the medical field at Methodist Hospital. Ms. Sheila loves singing to the children. |
 Tammy Moore is our Infant I (0-11month) teacher. She has been at OLALC since opening in August 2007. Mrs. Tammy is the wife and mother of one son. She has worked in the childcare industry since 2004. She is caring, loyal, kind, dedicated and loving towards all children, parents, and staff. Mrs. Tammy has a pleasant personality and always has a smile for everyone. She has a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) and many hours of training child care. |
 Tashika Wright is our Supervisor and Pre-K4 year old teacher. She worked at Headstart in Waco, TX before coming to OLALC in May 2008. Ms. Wright has her Child Development Associate (CDA) along with numerous hours of childcare training. In her spare time, Ms. Wright enjoys shopping and dancing. |
 Tiffany Garza works as our Toddler 2 year old teacher. Ms. Tiffany has worked at OLALC since May 2008. She is the proud mother of 3 children. Ms. Garza has many hours of early childhood training and currently has her Child Development Associate Credential. |
 Triniche Hutchins works as our Front Desk Assistant, Cook, and Bus Driver. She has worked at OLALC since opening in August 2007. Ms. Hutchins is a kind and considerate individual who dedicates herself to children. “I treat the children just as if they were my own.” She is the mother of two children.
